The Offshore Institute is an Isle of Man-based interprofessional organization. The membership includes attorneys, accountants, bankers, company administrators, fund managers and trust officers.

The membership of The Offshore Institute works together towards a number of common goals which include: (i) providing a general offshore education to our membership and to others interested in matters relevant to the offshore industry; (ii) sharing current developments and other information among our membership in the interest of those active in the industry staying abreast of what matters to them and their clients; (iii) providing to users of offshore financial services and to professionals in the offshore industry a global network of offshore professionals from more then 50 countries; (iv) facilitating the development and growth of the offshore industry; and (v) acting as a force and authoritative body as governments increasingly recognize and work with the offshore industry.
